Public Attendance at Meetings
The Bellarine Bayside Foreshore Committee of Management meets monthly from February to December on the third Monday of each month. Committee meetings are held in the Bayview Room (downstairs), at Parks Hall, Newcombe Street, Portarlington. Meetings commence at 8:30 am. To enable public attendance and participation in Bellarine Bayside Committee meetings, Bellarine Bayside has provided for public viewing seats and question time. Members of the public wishing to attend, must register with Bellarine Bayside by close of business on the Thursday prior to the scheduled monthly meeting. Questions must be submitted in writing by close of business on the Friday 10 days prior to the meeting.
CHANGE of MEETING DATE - The next meeting of the Bellarine Bayside Committee will be held one week earlier than previously sheduled. The meeting will now take place on MONDAY 12 APRIL 2010
