Bonds

All private/commercial bookings require a $500 bond for each area, to a maximum of $2,000
Community group bookings require a $50 bond for the Bayview Room, Bayview Kitchen and Parkview Room bookings,$100 for Hall and Commercial Kitchen
to a maximum of $200.

Note however, that if a commercial charge is being applied to enter, occupy or consume within the facility, Private/commercial rates will apply

Private/commercial hirers, may apply to the GM BBFCoM for sponsorship in the form of a reduced tariff.
