Venue Hire Application Form
This is the application form for hiring Parks Hall Community Centre or any of its individual sections.
Once you have decided the date and venue room you wish to hold your function in, you will need to apply for the hire of the function room also ensuring provide a copy of Public Liability Insurance for your function, Bellarine Bayside can assist you in obtaining this insurance in some cases.
