As of Wednesday, 25 March 2020 all holiday parks managed by Bellarine Bayside Foreshore Committee of Management are closed following direction of the Victorian Government and Chief Health Officer Victoria. Frequently Asked Questions

I haven't received an email yet?
We are aware that a few emails have been bouncing back and we are working through contacting everyone where this has occured. Please be patient and rest assured that we will contact you in the coming weeks.

How long will you be closed for?
At this stage we do not know. We are following all government advice and will remain closed until they let us know it is safe to reopen.

How can I find out when you reopen?
We will definitely be telling everyone when we reopen!
Make sure you are following us on social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), check our website regularly or subscribe to our email updates to hear first!

I have a Season or Mini-Season pass, can I leave my van at the park?
No. You will need to pack up everything within the timeframe designated in the email you have received.

I have a Twelve Month Permit site, can I come into the park?
We provided Twelve Month Permit holders 4 days from closure to come and secure their site and collect anything they may need. Following this, we will unfortunately not allow anyone to enter the park who is not a Bellarine Bayside staff member or contractor undertaking pre-approved work.

Can I come and self-isolate in the park?
No. Self-isolation or quarantine is NOT PERMITTED in a holiday park. You must do so at home. For more information, go to

I am currently under doctors' order to self-quarantine and cannot attend my site in the designated timeframe. What do I do?
Contact our friendly staff via [email protected] providing sufficient evidence that you cannot attend to your van and we will get back to you to arrange an alternative solution.

What about re-booking my Season or Mini-Season site? We usually do this before we leave each year?
We understand that this is an unprecedented situation and we have allowed people to leave without re-booking. We will contact everyone once the shutdown is complete to follow up on bookings for next year.

What if I have nowhere else to go due to interstate travel restriction or having no fixed address?
We have found two parks in the Geelong region that will remain open and accept people who are grey nomads, of no fixed address, or cannot get home due to border closures.
