We are OPEN and excited to welcome you to our parks!
Currently, we are accepting guests in line with the Victorian Government ‘s current restrictions.
The health, safety and enjoyment of our guests, staff and the wider community is our highest priority. Our management team have developed a ‘COVIDSafe Plan’ for our holiday parks, which forms the basis of the measures we have implemented. We are ensuring every day that we meet government regulations and apply best practice procedures for the accommodation industry in managing the risks of COVID-19.
We are endeavouring to keep up with all government advice and requirements, and we will provide updates as things change. We encourage you to check this page prior to arrival to ensure you are aware of all current changes.
Everyone who stays at Bellarine Bayside holiday parks must agree to and acknowledge the following:

A range of facilities are open, but please be aware that despite increased cleaning regimes, they will not be disinfected after each use.
Guests are expected to take responsibility for their own hygiene and must adhere to gathering and physical distancing requirements.
Facilities that are open:
If you live in an area subject to government imposed COVID-19 travel restrictions, or if we are unable to open due to COVID -19, we will fully refund you or transfer your booking to a later date, whichever you prefer.
If you decide to cancel for another reason our usual cancellation policy will apply.
If you live in an area subject to government imposed COVID-19 travel restrictions, or if we are unable to open due to COVID -19, you will be able to rebook your site for the following year.

All government imposed COVID-19 hygiene requirements apply inside the holiday parks.
Currently, all guests 12 years of age and older must carry a face mask at all times and use is mandatory in all indoor spaces (except in caravans, tents and cabins) and outdoors when physical distancing of 1.5m cannot be maintained (unless a lawful exemption applies).
As a public land manager, Bellarine Bayside is reminding, encouraging, and assisting guests to meet their obligations where practicable and on a daily basis.
Monitoring adherence to these requirements at all times is not practicable and, as with day visitors and other holiday makers to our region, responsibility is incumbent on individuals to comply with all government directives.
Bellarine Bayside does not have the authority to enforce these government requirements; however, we are working closely with Victoria Police who do hold authority.
Bellarine Bayside may also revoke camping permits and ask persons not complying with current government restrictions to leave the holiday parks.

This is a government requirement to enable contact tracing of all people in the park if required.
The COVID-19 Declaration is also an agreement by guests that they are not travelling from restricted areas, have not been in knowingly exposed to COVID-19, are not required to be in self-isolation or self-quarantine at any point during their stay, are not experiencing flu-like symptoms prior to arrival, and will advise Bellarine Bayside of any changes to these conditions either during their stay and/or within 2 weeks of leaving the park.
The COVID-19 Declaration also outlines our expectations of guests and is an agreement to abide by all current government requirements, including:
All toilet blocks are currently open and available for use.
However, restrictions apply to how many people can be inside each block at any given time and guests must adhere to all signage that states these requirements.
If guests have a fully self-contained van then we encourage the use of your own facilities in preference to using the shared toilet block facilities.
Guests will be expected to take responsibility for their own personal hygiene while staying with us and we will implement reasonably practicable steps to ensure we can assist guests to meet their obligations.
While we provide soap at our toilet block wash basins, on occasion it cannot be maintained at the levels required by use. We will always endeavour to keep the levels up but recommend you bring your own soap and sanitiser in case this arises.
We also recommend you use your own facilities wherever possible.
As per requirements to operate, we have a COVIDSafe Plan that includes a comprehensive response plan for in the event of a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the holiday parks.
This includes the following process of actions:
We acknowledge our strong relationship with the local communities and understand that they are eager to be notified as soon as possible in the event of confirmed case, and we will work with DHHS through this process. As required, we will be guided by the DHHS on when and how we can keep guests, staff, contractors and communities updated in the event of a positive case linked to the holiday parks.
We will ensure that we meet our obligations to protect the privacy of individuals involved.
