Expressions of interest are now invited from licensed Food Vendors and Holiday Activity providers to provide a variety of eating options and services to Bellarine Bayside holiday park residents, day-trippers and tourists to the northern Bellarine during the upcoming holiday season.

Over 10 000 holidaymakers visit Bellarine Bayside’s Holiday Parks and seasonal campgrounds from Melbourne Cup weekend to Easter. Our 1200 campsites follow the coastline from Portarlington to St Leonards.
New Year’s Eve fireworks, the annual Portarlington Mussel Festival, Flying Brick Bellarine Sunset Run, Wreck2Reef open water swim, Gatorade Triathlon and other events are also held during this holiday period, attracting many campers and day visitors that will provide excellent business opportunities for food and beverage vendors.

Vendors will be allocated operating areas/outlets for a set period of time, at fixed and/or mobile locations.

Prospective vendors must be fully licenced and have a true commitment to customer service and enhancing the holiday experience of our northern Bellarine campers and visitors.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to expand on their application and confirm terms and conditions of the permit.
