Take a peek at our park improvements

Sunshine, beach days and barbecues are beckoning.

While you’ve been away (or locked down) for the winter, we’ve been working hard to make your holiday parks even better, so you might see some changes when you return.

At the Portarlington holiday park, we’ve upgraded the ensuite sites with a new surface made from recycled synthetic lawn bowls offcuts. They’re the perfect spot to set up your annexe or chairs, tables or picnic rugs, relax and enjoy the waterfront view.

We’ve also installed a new shade sail over the BBQ area and new outdoor tables at Arthurs camp kitchen next to the playground.

At our seasonal campgrounds, we’re already gearing up for the peak season. See here for park opening dates and tariffs.

Just some of the improvements you’ll see include new kerbing at Batman Park which will help prevent flooding through the campsites. We’ve also rolled out new turf alongside the kerbing.

In all seasonal campgrounds, we’ve been caring for the grassed areas, pruning and mulching garden beds and undertaken renewal of the Bellarine Coastal Trail.

There are a range of other works in the planning stage too, so when you visit you might see our team busy measuring and planning around the park.

In line with our Camping and Accommodation Strategy, we are exploring ways we can introduce alternative sustainable and eco-friendly accommodation options, especially for people wanting to holiday during winter.

It is still early days and we will reveal more as soon as we can.
