The Northern Bellarine Foreshore Plan 2012 (the Foreshore Plan 2012) is the key strategic document to guide the future protection, enhancement, development and management of the Northern Bellarine foreshore.
The Northern Bellarine Foreshore Master Plan 2013 (the Master Plan 2013) was approved by the Minister for Environment, Climate Change and Water on 3 November 2014 and provides important framework to implement the Foreshore Plan 2012. The Master Plan 2013 is available as a hardcopy only and can viewed by appointment at Bellarine Bayside’s office.
The Camping and Accommodation Strategy guides our accommodation and camping business. The Strategy is a critical piece of work for Bellarine Bayside as funds generated from delivering affordable and enjoyable holiday experiences at our Holiday Park and campgrounds are reinvested back into the foreshore reserves and assets, and our camping operations.
The Strategy was prepared in consultation with our partners, community and campers, and provides us with a plan that aims to achieve long-term financial sustainability.
Committee meeting summary reports detail the major items discussed at the bi-monthly or monthly Committee meetings. For previous summaries please contact us.

Bellarine Bayside respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Custodians – the Wadawurrung People – upon whose ancestral lands we work, live and play.
We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
We recognise their unique ability to care for Country and the intrinsic spiritual, cultural, economic, social and environmental connections they share with the land and waters. We value genuine partnerships with Wadawurrung to achieve effective management of our coastal regions.
