The Indented Head Beach to Bush Walk showcases the best that Indented Head has to offer – the natural beauty of a quiet and friendly community. At 4.6km, the walk is rated easy and will take approximately one hour.
Explore the best of Indented Head with views of Port Phillip Bay, the wreck of the P.S. Ozone paddle steamer, historic boatsheds, beaches, Grassy Woodland and spectacular Moonah trees in a biodiversity conservation area.
There is so much to explore on this walk – wander past historic boat sheds, take in magnificent views across the bay, follow McDonald Street, a designated biodiversity conservation area with mature Moonah trees arching overhead, and then head inland to immerse yourself in significant Grassy Woodlands with River Red Gums, Coast Manna Gums and abundant birdlife.
