Excitement is high as we head into the long weekend (10-13 June) and prepare for Portarlington’s biggest party in years. The National Celtic Festival makes a welcome return with non-stop music, markets, dancing, workshops, food, bars and fun.
Organisers have gathered the best folk and celtic artists and performers to celebrate the long-awaited return of the festival.
Make the most of the Festival Shuttle Bus which is free for all ticketed patrons and includes pick-up and drop-off at our holiday park in Portarlington.
And there’s plenty more to come throughout the cooler months for families visiting the Bellarine Peninsula, including Adventure Park’s Winter Glow Festival from 17 June to 10 July.
Discover a glowing winter wonderland of snow, lights, fire and ice at Adventure Park these June-July school holidays! There will be snow, rides, light installations, fire twirling, ice sculpting and so much more.
Adventure Park is just a short drive down the Bellarine Highway at Wallington – just another reason to visit the Bellarine this winter.
Our region’s wineries are always a popular attraction any time of year. Many are also offering music to warm your winter weekends. Check out the lineup at Leura Park Estate, which has live music every Sunday afternoon.
If you need another reason to visit in winter, Portarlington now has its very own health and wellbeing centre Zero Gravity Health, which opened up earlier this year offering float therapy, myotherapy, sauna and more.
For the ultimate indulgence spend a night (or two) in one of our Beach Pods, enjoy a relaxing floatation treatment and sample some of the Bellarine’s incredible food and wine.
Here’s some exciting news for football fans – former Melbourne captain Nathan Jones is coming to play a one-off game with the Portarlington Demons when they take on Ocean Grove on 9 July. So if footy’s more your thing, book in now and join us for what is going to be a spectacular day of sport.
Oh and to make things even sweeter, you could win a million dollars just for staying with us.
All you have to do is stay at Bellarine Bayside from June to October for your chance to win a million dollars. Imagine how much fun you could have with that!
