Expression of Interest open – Mobile Sauna Operator

We are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced mobile sauna operators to provide a unique coastal wellness experience on the northern Bellarine.

We are looking for an operator who can offer visitors and holidaymakers an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate by the sea through an authentic mobile sauna experience at an approved location in Batman Park, Indented Head.

Applicants must demonstrate:

• A strong commitment and ability to deliver a high‑quality experience that complements our coastal environment and enhances people’s experience.
• Safe and sustainable operational practices.

Permit term:

• The permit tenure will be approximately 20 July to 5 October 2026 unless otherwise negotiated.
