Number of guests

• Prices listed are for 1 or 2 adults per night unless otherwise stated.
• Extra overnight guests (adults and children) will incur an additional fee.
• At least one adult must be in each booking.

Minimum night stays apply for:

• Summer 16 Dec 2023 – 31 Jan 2024 (minimum 7 nights for all, no arrivals Christmas Day)
• Labour Day weekend (minimum 3 nights for all)
• Easter (minimum 4 nights for all)
• June long weekend, Melbourne Cup weekend and Grand Final weekend (minimum 3 nights for cabins, beach pods and ensuite sites only)

Rebooking

If you stay with us for 7 nights or more, you must rebook before you leave to retain the same site or cabin for the same dates next year.

Christmas and January, Labour Day and Easter weekends

Deposit: a non-refundable, $150.00 deposit is required at time of booking. 

Cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing and will forfeit the deposit amount. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged in full.  No shows are charged in full.

Booking changes: Changes can be made to bookings up until 14 days prior to arrival, any changes made less than 14 days prior to arrival will not be refunded the difference of monies paid.

Shoulder, Off-peak, and Discount Packages

Deposit for new bookings: 50% of the total booking is due within 2 weeks of booking to confirm your reservation.

Deposit for rebookings: $150 deposit is required at the time of rebooking to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing and will incur a $30 fee. Cancellations made 7 days before arrival will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations made 2 days before arrival will be charged in full. No-shows are charged in full.

Booking changes:

Final Balance Due Dates 2023/24

Balances are to be paid in full by the following dates otherwise booking will be cancelled and no monies returned:

• Christmas and January 1 December 2023
• Labour Day weekend 6 February 2024
• Easter weekend 1 March 2024
• All other bookings 2 weeks prior to arrival
