We are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from interested parties for a permit to provide a suitable commercial business or community activity from the Sirens Boathouse & Kiosk.
Situated at the entrance to St Leonards Pier, Sirens is a well-known small building on the northern Bellarine Peninsula. The building has connections to power, water and sullage and provides an excellent opportunity for a small commercial business owner to run a seasonal operation from the building. It may also be a suitable site from which a community group could run activities.
To submit an expression of interest, please download and follow the instructions in the EOI Application form. Applicants must clearly demonstrate that the site will be used to deliver a service that supports both local and tourist/holiday-maker communities.
For any clarifications or further information, please contact Michelle Roy (Administration Coordinator) on <a href="http://<a href=“tel:+614352544006”>03 5254 4006 or via email at michelle.roy@bellarinebayside.com.au.
EOI submissions close at 5pm, Monday, 5 June 2023.
