Public facilities, open spaces and beaches

Following the latest Victorian Government advice, there are changes to the way our public facilities can be used. From 11:59 pm (local time) on Thursday, 17 June 2021:

  • All persons 12 years of age and older must carry a face mask at all times and wear it indoors (e.g. public amenity blocks) unless a lawful exemption applies. See for information on face masks.
  • Public gatherings of up to 50 people outdoors are permitted.
  • You must continue to observe physical distancing of 1.5 metres between yourself and others at all times.

While using open public facilities, please remember:

  • Public facility surfaces are not routinely disinfected.
  • It is up to all users to practice good hygiene and sanitise their hands before and after use.
  • Be considerate of others.

We are taking bookings for events on the coast and Indented Head Community Hall in line with current restrictions. To find out more, please email
