In response to coronavirus (COVID-19), we are continually monitoring government advice and adjusting our services to comply.

We all have a part to play in protecting our communities. Please follow any closures and government directives to reduce the risk of transmission.

Holiday Parks

As of 11.59 pm on Wednesday, 15 September, our holiday park in Portarlington is accepting guests from Regional Victoria (excluding Ballarat). Unfortunately, we cannot accept guests who reside in Metropolitan Melbourne Local Government Areas or the City of Ballarat until further notice.

Victorian Government health requirements apply within the holiday parks as they do to all Victorians. To find out more, please go HERE.

Our holiday parks staff are available via phone or email between 9:00 am-5:30 pm, each day.

Public facilities, open spaces and beaches

From 11.59 pm on Thursday, 9 September, all public facilities on the coastal reserve are available for use.

While out on the coastal reserve please remember:

  • All persons 12 years of age and older must wear a face mask at all times when leaving their home unless a lawful exemption applies (see for information on face masks).
  • Groups of up to 10 people may gather.
  • Continue to observe physical distancing of 1.5 metres.
  • Check in with QR codes at playgrounds.
  • Public facility surfaces are not routinely disinfected.
  • It is up to all users to practice good hygiene and sanitise their hands.
  • Be considerate of others.
