Known for its laid-back atmosphere and fantastic view, the Cellar Door at Bennetts on Bellarine is a must-visit on the Bellarine Peninsula. Located at the corner of Portarlington Road and McAdams Lane, it is the perfect spot to stop for a bottle of wine, delicious food and some live music while out for a day on the Bellarine. 

Scotchmans Hill is the oldest and largest winery on the Bellarine Peninsula and is in the top 100 Wineries of Australia, producing world-class cool maritime climate wines.

Established in 1982, Scotchmans Hill continues its tradition of producing hand-crafted award-winning wines with a reputation for producing the gold standard in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Shiraz.

The Lethbridge @ Hat Rock Cellar Door is located at our Hat Rock vineyard on the Bellarine Peninsula. The vineyard was first planted in 1996 and is a fairly uniform black basalt-derived clay soil type.

The Lions Club of Portarlington/Drysdale coordinates the monthly Portarlington Community Market on the fourth Sunday of each month from September to April.

Sail Bellarine sailing regatta takes place on the first weekend of May every year and attracts sailors from around the country to participate in a weekend of racing at Indented Head Yacht Club.

Manzanillo Grove is a biodynamic grove with over 4500 olive trees and 7 different varieties that was established in 1997 in the fertile valleys of the Bellarine Peninsula.

They pride themselves in producing a quality Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil that is produced on the property and pressed within 24 hours of being picked, resulting in a quality fruit product.

The Lighthouse olive grove is located in the heart of the Bellarine with stunning views across the bay to Queenscliff. Lighthouse creates premium, extra virgin olive oils, wholly grown, picked and produced on the farm, with oils ranging from mild, to intense, robust flavours.

The Whiskery is the cellar door for Bellarine Distillery, the first distillery located on the Bellarine Peninsula!

Located in the original farm shed, The Whiskery is a rustic and inviting space to have a yarn over a cocktail, gin or whisky with friends.

The North Bellarine Film Festival takes place annually in November at the Potato Shed Black Box Theatre in Drysdale.

The festival program is comprised of Australian and international feature and short films and the Emerging Filmmaker Award which is presented to a Victorian filmmaker under twenty-five.

Point Richards Flora and Fauna Reserve is one of the largest areas of native bushland and ephemeral wetlands on the Bellarine Peninsula. It is dedicated to the conservation of indigenous plants and wildlife.

The popular Bellarine Coastal Trail is the main walking connection between Portarlington, Indented Head and St Leonards. The Portarlington Charity Carnival has been entertaining locals and tourists alike for more than 60 years. It is a major part of the town each summer, and gives a portion of its proceeds back to local organisations each year.

Portarlington Tennis Club is located in the Portarlington Recreation Reserve, directly opposite our year-round holiday park.

The club has newly refurbished courts, including lights for those night-time games! These courts are available for a small fee (book using the form below), or you can play for free on the older, back courts.

Indented Head is home to a recently upgraded tennis court featuring an inspirational Indigenous artwork by a local Wadawurrung artist. Titled Bellawiyn, this amazing mural has been awarded a National Trust of Australia (Victoria) Heritage Award for Interpretation of a Heritage Place, telling the story of the local area and must be seen to be believed.

Portarlington Bayside Miniature Railway Inc, situated near the corner of Point Richards and Boat Roads, Portarlington, operates Geelong’s only passenger-carrying miniature railway through the voluntary efforts of its members and volunteers.

The Bellarine Railway is a volunteer-operated organisation formed in 1970 and features a unique collection of steam and diesel trains originating from around Australia.
